Mr. Bourtin is a private investor and financial consultant with residence in the United States of America, highly experienced in the areas of financial analysis and planning, budgeting, corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bourtin is a graduate of the École Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, Paris, France, and has an MDA from the University of Chicago. He has been the President and Money Manager in a private equity firm in Greenwich, Connecticut, as well as the Treasurer, Xerox Corporation, Emerging Markets, including Mexico, South America, China, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
